# Stakeholder Reviews

> Get external approval on PRDs from stakeholders who don't need an account

# Stakeholder Reviews

Send PRDs out for external approval from stakeholders, executives, or clients — no thig.ai account required.

## How It Works

    Open the project review page and click **Share**. Copy the share link.

  <Step title="Send for Review">
    Share the link with your stakeholders via email, Slack, or any channel.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Stakeholders Review">
    Recipients open the link, read the PRD, and submit their approval or feedback — all without logging in.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Track Status">
    View review status (pending, approved, rejected) and feedback from the project page.
  </Step>

## Review Actions

Stakeholders can:

| Action           | Description                                             |
| ---------------- | ------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Approve**      | Sign off on the PRD as-is                               |
| **Reject**       | Request changes with feedback                           |
| **Add Feedback** | Provide general comments without approving or rejecting |

## Viewing Reviews

From the project review page, the **Stakeholder Reviews** section shows:

* List of all reviews with status
* Reviewer feedback and comments
* Timestamps for each action

## Access Control

Stakeholder reviews use the same share token system as project sharing:

* No login required for reviewers
* Optional password protection on share links
* Optional expiration dates
* View count tracking
